My favorite part is that behind the fame is a TV, which is look like the painting art. Some of Western art’s best-known paintings collide with some of nature’s most banal features: rain and wind. Costumed as the Mona Lisa and Vermeer’s Milkmaid, the artist—with the aid of a friend off-camera—subjects himself to a steadily intensifying series of meteorological nuisances. A few drops of rain become a deluge; a light breeze becomes a hurricane.
